Will Mendon Approve A New Police Station on Tuesday May 16?

18192727_1358486877550777_320784099649420002_oMendon’s Annual Town Election will be held on Tuesday May 16, 2015 – the polls at Miscoe Hill School open at 7am and will close at 8pm.  One of the questions asks voters to approve construction of a new police station.

Mendon Selectman Rich Schofield recently shared a slide presentation showing the town is in a unique position where they can absorb the costs associated with the construction with minimal impact – “no tax rate increase”.

Here are two links where you can learn about the project.

Presentation begins at 1:35:00 http://archive.abmi8.org/Video/2769
