Jim and Betty Knott are hosting a republican reception at the Historical LaSalle Mansion in Whitinsville on April 11, 2013 to introduce three Republican candidates running for U.S. Senate.
Dan Winslow, Gabriel Gomez, and Mike Sullivan will meet locals 7-9:30 p.m. in hopes to gain support for their run for the U.S. Senate seat recently vacated by Secretary of State John Kerry.
State Representatives on the hosting committee joining the event include State Rep. George Peterson (R-Grafton); State Representative Kevin Kuros (R-Uxbridge); State Rep. Matthew Beaton (R-Shrewsbury); State Rep. Ryan Fattman (R-Sutton); State Rep. Peter Durant (R-Spencer); State Rep. Kimberly Ferguson (R-Holden); State Representative Paul Frost (R-Auburn); State Representative Kevin Kuros (R-Uxbridge); and State Rep. Todd Smola (R-Palmer). Also joining the event are Worcester County Sherriff Lew Evangelidi and Governor’s Council Member Jen Caissie.
