Thinking about raising poultry? Maybe keeping a few hens in the backyard? Come learn what you need to know to get started, and hear about the do’s and don’ts of backyard chicken keeping!

  • Learn the basics of poultry care, shelter, and nutrition.
  • Talk with others who are raising hens at home.
  • Get your questions answered before you start, and find out what equipment or materials you will need before your chicks arrive.
