I can’t believe I missed the parade! I had a vet emergency and couldn’t get to the event until after 1:00 p.m. I am collecting photos so if you would like to add one to the gallery feel free to email the photo to jennupton@yahoo.com.
I arrived at the field event in time to watch Mr. Bergeron (which might be spelled wrong) take his turn in the dunk tank. Jim Bates Jr. was waving a $5 bill at him ~ I think this gesture was meant to say… you’re getting tanked!
Chris Behrikis provided music and the everyone at the field was grooving to the beat. A mom stopped me and said, “I love the music, I just feel like dancing.”
There was so much to do; watch some great baseball games, jump in the bounce houses, play games, have your face painted, hang with friends, enjoy a snow cone or some hot food and more.
On my way out, I caught a great photo of Mr. McEnvoy (spelling?) getting dunked, as he went down the crowd cheered!
As usual, Loyalty Day was fun filled day ~ a good time was had by all.
