IMG_4255[1]Driving around Upton I’m sure you have noticed Rick Binaco for Board of Health signs have popped up over the weekend. Rick announced his intent to run as a write-in candidate for the position this past Friday. Today out in front of Rebecca’s ~ campaigners.
