The Nipmuc 2013 Fine Arts Festival will have an open house today, May 15, during the school day until 6:00 p.m. tonight at the Nipmuc Regional High School Gym.
This years Best of Show was awarded to Shannon O’Brien. All other award winners are listed below. Winners are determined by an outside panel of judges.
