Get Ready for Open House Weekend – May 18 & 19!
Greyhound Friends Annual Spring Open House is scheduled for Saturday, May 18 and Sunday, May 19, 12:00-4:00 pm. The event will be held at the Greyhound Friends kennel – 167 Saddle Hill Road, Hopkinton, MA. We will have vendors, food, and fun activities lined up for both people and dogs – PLUS special guests from the New England Patriots (both days)!
Schedule for Saturday, May 18:
12:30: Ask the Vet – Dr. Pam Wilmot will answer questions about your pet.
1:15: Brick and bench dedication – Boston Boy Memorial Garden
1:30: Parade of Adoptable dogs – Dog Show Ring
2:00: Not quite Westminster Dog Show – Dog Show Ring
3:45: Silent Auction and raffle results

Everyone is invited to come by and spend a few hours meeting adopted greyhounds and their owners as well as greyhounds & other dogs available for adoption. Enjoy the silent auction and raffle, lots of shopping for greyhound goodies (for both hounds and humans), let your dog run in the fenced field, and participate in the Not Quite Westminster Dog Show – and more. It promises to be a fun filled weekend. Please come by if you can!
