JUDGE TO DECIDE WEDNESDAY ON NEXT STEP IN GRAFTON and UPTON RAILROAD SUIT

photo (13)On May 17, 2013 the Federal Court determined the lawsuit between the Town of Grafton and the Grafton Upton Railroad was not to be determined by a Federal Court and remanded the case back to the Worcester Superior Court for further disposition. Essentially sending both the Town of Grafton and the Grafton and Upton Railroad to battle the issues out at the State level.

Today, June 10, Worcester Superior Court Judge McCann heard summations and will determine what the next step in the case will be. My friend Richard Price of the Grafton Villager has a detailed article on the hearing today which you can read here.
