The weathermen can never get it right it seems, but this time at least they were wrong in the right way. Saturday turned out to be a beautiful day and the sun shined down on Summerfest. The all day all night event was filled with backwards baseball, music, games, food, raffles and just a whole lot of fun.
Visitors took their chances on a wide variety of raffles baskets and bid at the silent auction.
Live music played throughout the event; the afternoon featured youth performances from a variety of groups from the Mendon Upton School District. “Frayed Not” jammed the night away with a wide selection of classic rock performed by band members Marc Dolbec, Pete Mirageas, Marc Petrin, and Bob Tremblay.
