On Monday, June 24 the Upton Town Hall offices will relocate to the basement level of Holy Angels church. The phone numbers and mailing address will not change. Residents are advised to use the handicap ramp entrance on the right side of the building when visiting the offices.
During construction process Warren Street will be closed beginning July 1, from the intersection of Route 140 to just below Nelson Street. There will be a fence around Town Hall which will go across the street in both locations. Signs will be posted to alert drivers this area of Warren Street will be closed to traffic. The section of Warren street will reopen when construction is completed which is planned for the end of summer, 2014. If you enter Nelson Street from the one way located next to Town Hall you will still be able to do so.
