The Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor has issued a Blackstone River Safety Alert. Due to high and fast water conditions on the Blackstone River and it’s tributaries they strongly recommend not going out in canoes, kayaks, or other small vessels on the river until water levels and flow have returned to normal. Several incident have already been reported over the last few days. They ask all residents to please be safe.
