MDN: Stephen Poirier of Upton is named Massachusetts ‘Scout of the Year’

Eagle Scout Stephen Poirier of Upton has been named Massachusetts Scout of the Year by the state chapter of the Veteran’s of Foreign War.

The award comes from Stephen’s Eagle Scout project which involved landscaping at Lakeview Cemetary in Upton. In addition to landscaping, improvements were made around the Veteran’s Memorial which included a brick reflection area with a walkway lit with solar lights.
