BECOME A PART OF THE HISTORY OF UPTON

Last Open House of our “old” Town Hall June 30th

The Upton Town Hall Building Committee (THBC) announces the final pre-construction open house of Town Hall.  The building will be open for the Townspeople on Sunday, June 30, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.  There will be a sign-in book to record visitors, a book for writing your personal memories of the town hall over the years, and even the opportunity to talk with our interviewer to record your thoughts, memories, and dreams for the future of our Town Hall.

Documents, photos, and videos of the event will be included with other documentation from before, during, and after construction to present to the Upton Historical Commission a digital scrapbook and video commemorating the rehabilitation of our Town Hall.  The THBC hope to present these historical pieces to the Commission at the re-dedication of the building in the fall of 2014.
