Found this article on my friend Jennifer’s facebook page. The Lowell Sun is reporting Level 2 sex offenders will be added to an online public database through an amendment in the final Senate and House approved 2014 budget. Gov. Patrick has ten days to sign or veto the legislation. For the article go here.
