GRAFTON – Residents of  North Grafton met with US Congressman James P. McGovern on Monday July, 1 about the Grafton and Upton Railroad, specifically to discuss the possibility of a 320,000 gallon liquid propane gas terminal planned for Westborough Road, next to a CSX line.
