The Town of Grafton has responded to the Surface and Transportation Board regarding the Petition for a Declaratory Order set before them by the Grafton and Upton Railroad.
The G&U Railroad and Grafton have been fighting over whether a 320,000 gallon propane terminal will be built on Westborough Road.
