Moore Seeks Fall Interns for State House Office

Michael MooreSenator Michael O. Moore (D-Millbury) is currently looking for students to intern in his State House office during the fall months.

“As the Massachusetts Senate continues the legislative session during the upcoming fall months, I am looking for college students to intern in my State House office in Boston,” Senator Moore said. “The internship is a great opportunity for students interested in government, policy and public service to gain a hands-on experience.”

All year round, Senator Moore welcomes students to his State House office in Boston to participate in an internship. The internship provides an opportunity for students to engage in government and public services.

Any interested college student over the age of 18 is eligible to apply. When applying for an internship, the student must send a cover letter stating the reason the student is interesting in interning for Senator Moore and the dates interested in interning, a resume and a writing sample. If positions are available, students will be notified by the Senator’s chief of staff and an interview will be scheduled. Students may electronically submit application material to michael.moore@masenate.gov. All internships are unpaid.
