This photo was taken in the Upton Town Hall basement during the reconstruction process. The image is a clear photo of a well.  The well was under the Veterans Agents desk. The town hall  basement housed the Upton Police Station many years ago.

The image was submitted by the Upton Town Hall Renovation Committee.
