LEARN TO SEW

upton state forestAre  you interested in learning to sew,? Trying to figure out your sewing machine? Well you’re in luck there is a learn to sew class being offered at A Little Common sense in Upton beginning October 7.  Marsha Lambert will be instructing classes for kids and adult. The classes will help you learn to use and understand your machine, read patterns, and understand the importance of seam allowance and the differences with fabric.

Classes will consist of no more than 6 students and are offered to adults and children 8 and over.  All classes will be for beginner students with little to no knowledge about the machine.

Martha states she, “loves sewing and have been sewing since Home Economics in junior high school and would love to share it with you what I know and enjoy.”

Classes for kids   Mondays or Thursdays  4:00- 5:30

Adults classes   Tuesday mornings  9:15-11:15

Adults Classes   Monday evenings  7:00 -9:00

Mother/child classes   Thursday evening  6:30 -8:00

All classes are for 6 weeks
