A Grafton student was sent to the hospital with minor injuries after a vehicle allegedly passed a stopped school bus while it was picking up students Wednesday morning. I’m sending you over to Richard Price for the full story. I thought this was important story to share.
Personally I have almost been struck in a cross walk three times, all three were because a driver rear ended the car which had stopped for me pushing the car into the cross walk. All three times I noticed the stopped car would be struck and was able to get out-of-the-way. On one occasion I had my small children with me and luckily had a tight grip on their little hands, I jumped back and pulled them behind me, it was very close, we were covered in glass from the crash.
Always remember not everyone pays attention or follows the rules.
