Upton residents can obtain either a limited amount of sand or a mixture of sand and salt from the Department of Public Works Highway garage for their personal use in the winter. Residents can come to the garage located at 100 Pleasant Street during DPW work hours (Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) and bring a pail or two. Please stop at the Office located in the trailer at 100 Pleasant Street. Carol Peterson will direct you where to go to fill buckets of either material. Hi Jen, I was wondering if you could send a message out for me tomorrow. The Upton U12 summer Ripken baseball team is doing a fundraiser at the Dairy Queen in Milford Rt 140 tomorrow night December 19th from 6-9pm. They are raising money for their summer baseball team who will be playing a tournament in Aberdeen, MD in July at the Ripken Experience.
