Grafton Upton RR Holiday Train Steams Through Upton

Last night the Grafton Upton Rail Road treated residents from Hopedale to Grafton with a traveling holiday train. The train steamed through Upton somewhere around 6:30.  There was a small crowd near the crossing on Pleasant Street and the kids were excited to see Santa in the caboose.

Here is a video – the first minute you can hear the train coming and around one minute mark you can see the train coming. The video was submitted by Tommy Doyle.

  1. There was a crowd at the Plain St crossing, too. Santa kept calling Merry Christmas until he was out of sight. Wonderful experience. Thank you!
