According to the Grafton Police Department an electrical transformer has blown out on Providence Rd near Pullard Rd in Grafton resulting in power outage to the William Street area of Upton. The outage has been reported to National Grid and a crew has been assigned. According to the National Grid website power is expected to be restored around 8 pm.
