The Department of Public Health (DPH) announced the list of 20 applicants approved for provisional medical marijuana licences. Bay State Relief, Inc. was granted a provisional license for Milford and Good Chemistry of Massachusetts, Inc. for Worcester. All other approved licence locations in the state are over a 30 minute drive from Upton.
Applicants proposing sites in Shrewsbury, Framingham, and Franklin were not approved.
