Heavy rain and high rain totals are making conditions prime for localized street flooding. The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for the Upton area. Grafton police are reporting an area of 122 near Harding/Depot is experiencing some flooding. Areas of R146 are also seeing some flooding.
