There are plots available for the 2014 growing season in the Upton Community Garden located at the Stefans Farm property on Mechanic St, near where the power lines cross.
Each plot is a 4’ by 16’ raised bed for growing organic vegetables, flowers and herbs.
Plots are available free of charge to Upton residents and Upton based community groups. An elevated bed is available for gardeners that may have difficulty accessing the standard height beds.
Email the Upton Land Stewardship Committee by April 15th to sign up for the 2014 season at UptonLandStewardship@charter.net
Available plots will be assigned by lottery with a number of plots reserved for disabled individuals, seniors, and community groups. Be sure to indicate if you fit into one of these categories in your email.
