The Tri Valley FrontRunners will be hosting the Boston Marathon Tune Up , a 15K Road Race at Nipmuc on Saturday, April 5th at 10AM. Residents should expect detours and traffic delays in the area of Mendon Street, Pleasant Street, South Street, West River Street and Plain Street.
