In celebration of National Arbor Day on April 25, 2014 and in participation with the Massachusetts Tree Wardens’ & Foresters’ Association (MTWFA), the Town of Upton Department of Public Works (DPW) is providing free seedling trees to Upton residents. On April 25th & 26th at the DPW Highway Garage (100 Pleasant St), blue spruce and tulip poplar seedling trees (including planting instructions) will be available until supplies are exhausted. The Town is excited to participate in this MTWFA program for the first time.
