Broadway Youth Dance Theater (BYDT) anticipates awarding over $2,300 in scholarship funds to local performers this June. Founded by Diane Scouras in 1999, the BYDT is a non-profit organization dedicated to the education and training of local youth in the art of music, dance and theater. BYDT’s hallmark event is its Holiday Spectacular and all scholarship awardees have participated in three of more of these exciting shows.
