The Memorial 3rd grade team made up of Amy Henderson, Jan Maglione, Brenda Webster, and Kim Lopes were this year’s recipients of the Blackstone Valley Consortium’s Promising Practices Award for their year-long focus on science, technology, engineering, arts & mathematics education and parent/community involvement.
MU Superintendent Maruszczak congratulated the “outstanding 3rd grade team” on his Facebook page and wrote,”They are truly a credit to our district!”
