Motorists should expect delays on Memorial Day, Monday May 26, on the parade route. The Parade assembles at 9:45 a.m. in West Upton and proceeds down Main Street (Rout 140) to the Upton Town Common where the Memorial Day Services will be held at 10:45 a.m.
