Coming from Maine… 95 Southbound from York Maine to Route 495 is a mess. There is an accident after exit 3 on Route 95S in NH and another just before the Route 495 exit. Traffic will be slow .. marked red on google maps… from York until you reach Route 495.
495 Northbound coming from the Cape is red and yellow indicating slow and heavy traffic from Exit 3 NB on 495 until you get past Exit 6 near route 24.
Route 6 on the Cape is backed up from Exit 3 until you reach the Route 6 bypass..
