Itsy Bitsy and Sweet Pea KIDS Yoga

For over 10 years, MetroWest-based Sweet Pea Yoga has provided families with a centered, joyful space where they can tune out the noise and tune into each other. Parents and children alike have embraced Sweet Pea’s classes as a memorable and beloved way to learn yoga, have fun, and stay active. Classes are intimately sized, never intimidating, and grouped into two distinct programs:

·         Itsy Bitsy Yoga®: for children ranging from newborn to five-year olds. Class levels include Baby Yoga, Tots Yoga, and Tykes/Little Families Yoga.

·         Sweet Pea KIDS Yoga: enables older children (ages 5½ to 13 years old) to independently develop their yoga practice in a peaceful, educational, and fun-loving way.

Under the loving guidance of owner and certified instructor Alexandra De Collibus, Sweet Pea Yoga offers valuable opportunities for whole families to connect, inside and outside the classroom, in a down-to-earth and welcoming community where your relationship to yoga and each other can grow. At Sweet Pea, no prior yoga experience is required and all abilities are welcome.

Join us this summer for 5-week classes in Westborough (Tykes and Tots Yoga), Hopkinton (SPY Kids Yoga), and Southborough (Baby Yoga) starting in early July. Class details, parent testimonials, and online registration can be found at www.SweetPeaYoga.com or by calling 508-981-3244.
