The National Weather Service in Taunton has issue a severe thunderstorm warning for the area until 6:30 p.m

Line of storms and heavy rain tracking east. Estimating this line to move through the Upton area between 7:30- 8 P.M., Associated with heavy rain, gusty winds, and lightning.

A severe thunderstorm watch is posted till 9 PM.
