Upton Weather – showers and storms midweek; sunshine for the weekend

Area of high pressure that is brought us beautiful weather this weekend will begin to break down over the region early next week. A storm system will move in from the west beginning late on Tuesday, associated with showers and storms. This threat of showers and storms will continue through Wednesday. Behind this storm system, dryer air will return to the area. Expect a return of sunshine and comfortable temperatures in the 70s for the end of the workweek into the upcoming weekend.

Monday Night: Partly cloudy. Patchy fog possible in the morning. Low temperature around 63F. Light winds from the southwest.

Tuesday, August 12^th: Mostly sunny through mid day, then becoming mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and storms late in the afternoon through the overnight. 50 percent chance of rain. High temperature around 79F. Low temperature around 65F.

Wednesday, August 13^th:Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and storms. 60 percent chance of rain. High temperature around 75F. Low temperature around 60F.

Thursday, August 14^th: Partly cloudy. High temperature around 73F. Low temperature around 58F.

Friday, August 15^th: Mostly sunny. High temperature around 74F. Low temperature around 56F.

Saturday, August 16^th: Partly cloudy. High temperature around 76F. Low temperature around 59F.

Sunday, August 17^th: Mostly sunny. High temperature around 79F. Low temperature around 62F.
