Gun Owner’s Action League endorses Muradian

The Gun Owners’ Action League, a pro-gun lobby based in Northborough, recently endorsed David Muradian for State Representative of the 9th Worcester District, representing Grafton, Northbridge, and Upton.

“We are proud to endorse David Muradian’s candidacy for State Representative,” said Jim Wallace, Executive Director of the Gun Owners’ Action League. “David is a staunch advocate for firearm enthusiasts across the Commonwealth, and we are confident that once elected to Beacon Hill he will continue to defend the Second Amendment. While in Representative Peterson’s office, David has been instrumental to all lawful gun owners by assisting in crafting common sense gun legislation to protect our Second Amendment freedom.”

Muradian said, “As a State Representative, I will work hand-in-hand with them to continue their good work. We need to enforce current firearms laws, all while preventing the passage of new laws, which will only further restrict the rights of lawful firearm owners.”

In addition to the endorsement of the Gun Owners’ Action League, Muradian has also received the backing of every Republican lawmaker in the House of Representatives hailing from Worcester County, Assistant Minority Leader George Peterson, Worcester County Sherriff Lew Evangelidis, and the New England Police Benevolent Association, Inc., as well as local officials from Northbridge and Grafton.

  1. David Muradian has always been Pro Gun. He’s someone you can count on to protect your 2nd Amendment Rights

    1. Unfortunately, as the NRA states, “it isn’t difficult to imagine” ways for government officials to abuse discretionary licensing powers granted under the legislation. Not to mention unfunded mandates for our schools.

I have tried with no success to find a link on how Mr. Muradian stands on all of the current issues. He only tells us that ” I have developed relationships with a lot of the representatives, senators and staffers. There will be no learning curve.”

I can’t help but think he is running in Mr. Peterson’s name.

Putting the ability to deny a firearm identification card needed to use a shotgun or rifle in the hands of a police chief is in direct violation to the 2nd amendment.

For me, the far better choice is Shawn Craig.
