  1. Our teachers are well trained and can accommodate all fitness levels. These are fun classes in a friendly setting (non-intimidating!) and in all my 15 years teaching, I have never come across a better program that is both supportive of the individual and affordable and therefore accessible to all who want to get fit and reduce stress.
