Democrat Marty Green who is running for State Representative for the 9th Worcester District has challenged Republic David Muradian to three debates.
Green would like people of Upton, Northbridge, and Grafton the opportunity to hear where both candidates stand on the issues.
Green wrote in a press release, “The voters of the 9th Worcester District deserve to hear from the candidates….Since announcing his candidacy Mr. Muradian has not provided details of what his views are on important issues: including educations, roads, and public safety. Mr. Muradian has insisted on rolling ut endorsements to make his case to the voters of the district. As I have canvassed the district and met with voters, they are insisting on hearing more from both candidates.
Green requests that one of the three debates be a “town hall” format where residents of the district can ask questions of the candidates.
