The Town of Upton seeks to fill the part-time position (19 hours/week) of Recreation Director.
Minimum Qualifications: Requires a Bachelors’ Degree in the Recreation Management or a related field and 3 – 5 years of experience in the field of recreation, or any equivalent combination of education and work experience. A valid Massachusetts Class D Motor Vehicle Operator’s license as well as CPR, First Aid Certification is required. Certification by the National Recreation and Park Association is desirable.
