Upton Town Library is pleased to announce that we will be hosting Mary Anne Murphy for six Storytime Yoga sessions all at 10:30am beginning this fall! This program will incorporate picture books read by Miss Nicole, and then Mary Anne will lead a children’s yoga session that combines the themes and imagery within the stories! Dates for this program will be held on September 25, October 9 and 23, November 6 and 20, and December 4. Location will be out on the Commons if the weather is pleasing; otherwise program will be in the Children’s Area. Best suited for ages 3-6. Signups for these programs are encouraged to ensure that enough mats are distributed for everyone–children are welcome to bring their own mats!–as well as to confirm each yoga storytime location. NOTE: There will be NO afternoon Preschool Storytimes on the yoga storytime dates.Storytime Yoga for Preschoolers and their Parents!
