The Mobile VetCenter will be on the front lawn to aid and abet Veterans and their families during the Upton VFW’s 5K Run/Walk to Remember this Saturday, October 4. The mobile center will open at 8 a.m. This is a wonderful opportunity to ask questions and be heard.
The Mobile VetCenter, based in Springfield travels throughout central and western Massachusetts providing information about VA benefits and services. The mobile Vet center offers various types of counseling and provides a key access link between Veterans and services offered by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The Mobile VetCenter is staffed by a mental health professional and is equipped with private offices for counseling.
