It’s Election Day.
The race for State Representative of the 9th Worcester District between the Republican candidate David Muradian from Grafton and Democrat candidate Marty Green from Northbridge will be decided today.
Voters will also decide on ballot questions:
Question 1 looks to repeal the state’s automatic gas tax increases
Question 2 looks to expand the Bottle Bill
Question 3 looks to prohibit casino licenses and other gambling establishments
Question 4 looks to mandate employee sick time
Another decision voters will have today is who will be Massachusetts next Governor. Running is Republican Charlie Baker, Democrat Martha Coakley, United Independent Party Evan Falchuck, Independent Scott Lively, and Independent Jeff McCormick are hoping to be the next Mass Governor.
Voting booths at Nipmuc Regional High School will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
