We still have a few of the wheeled recycling barrels for residential use. These barrels are similar to the durable Upton trash barrels but will hold 64 gallons vs. the 96 gallon trash barrels. The barrels have the capacity to hold four times as much as the original issued recycling bins and will have a lid to prevent recycling from blowing onto our streets. The cost for residents to purchase the barrel is at a reduced contract rate of $42.34. Please see Diane at the Upton Board of Health office to purchase a barrel, first come first serve.
