A junior at Nipmuc Regional High School and candidate for the National Honor Society, Sarah Plutnicki, is working with Hope and Comfort, Inc. to produce a toiletry drive for the United Parish Food Pantry in Upton.
Hope and Comfort, Inc. is a registered 501c3 tax exempt organization that seeks to help homeless and needy adults and children look and feel better by providing them with basic and essential personal hygiene products such as soap, shampoo, and toothpaste.
Sarah said at the moment the most needed items are shampoo/conditioner, deodorant, soap, tissues, toilet paper, toothbrushes and toothpaste. “Your donation will be much appreciated and will make a huge difference in the community,” she said
Donations can be dropped at Nipmuc Regional High School located at 90 Pleasant Street now through December 15 or the Upton Public Library located at 2 Main Street until January 10th.
Donating would be a great way to participate in 25 Days of Kindness. Good luck Sarah, what a great cause.
