Updated at 10:00 p.m. With the cold air holding tough over the area, this will result in a slower warming to above freezing temperatures than I previously thought. With this said, the national weather service has issued a winter weather advisory till 10 am tomorrow morning. The main threat will be for a light snowfall of less than 1 inch and a combination of sleet and some freezing rain. Still, the warmer air will move in and Change any wintry weather over to rain by mid morning. A flash flood watch still remains in effect through late tomorrow evening.

Impacts: With temperatures being around freezing early in the morning, there is a slight chance the roads may become icy. The good news is that temperatures should rise above freezing by the morning commute. However, visibility may be hampered by the fog and rain moving in.
The evening commute could be a mess with heavy rain and fog creating hazards on the roadways. Also, flooding is a likely in the area, as heavy downpours are likely in the afternoon to evening. With clogged drains from fallen leaves, this could lead to localized flooding.
