Holiday indulgences are in the past. It’s time to get off the couch! Mary Elizabeth Suprenant, certified personal trainer and instructor at the Whitin Community Center, will show us gentle stretches and exercises to prepare us for the physical demands of gardening. You may observe (and laugh) and listen to her tips, or, if you would like to actively participate, wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat or towel.
Join the Blackstone Valley Gardeners for education and camaraderie.
Membership is $20.00 per year (April through March).
