The town of Upton announced the deadline for filing real estate and personal property abatements is Monday Feb. 2, 2015 before the close of the office at 4:00 PM. If you have an application and the office is closed, please place in the black drop box or scan it and email it to ttardy@uptonma.gov to ensure it is date stamped for Monday.
The applications can be found on the Upton website. Please complete all 3 forms marked with an asterisk *
By Massachusetts law, any application received after close of business on Monday will be denied for being late.
