Upton Seniors will be benefiting from a grant received from the Massachusetts COA for a “Keep Moving Walking” program.

Upton Town Manager Blythe Robinson took a moment to congratulate and thank COA Director Janice Nowicki for applying for and winning the grant during the Town Manager Report at a recent Selectmen meeting. Robinson said, “The $600 grant will be used to begin a program that will engage in strategies that will meaningfully engage older adults in a weekly walking routine (2‐3 days/week) that will improve and sustain their maximal health and independence.”
