Looking for something fun and different to do with the family during school vacation week? Tired of being cooped up in the house? Then come down to the town hall tonight, 6pm for fun night of music.
The Upton Cultural Council in partnership with the Upton Town Library proudly sponsor acclaimed author/educator/musician Craig Harris, M.Ed. as he leads a multicultural, all-ages celebration of THE MUSIC OF THE NORTH AMERICA’S FIRST PEOPLE. This participatory program also looks at the origins of the powwow, the ceremonial drum and the native-american flute and indigenous song.
Fun for the whole family and free-of-charge.
