Associate Member Position

The Planning Board is looking for an individual to serve as an Associate Member to the Planning Board.  The role of the Associate Member is to act on special permit applications in case of absence, inability to act or conflict of interest of a regular member, or in the event of a vacancy on the Board.  The Associate Member must be a registered voter in the Town of Upton and shall be appointed by the majority vote of the Board of Selectman and the Planning Board.  The term of the Associate Member shall be two years.  Interested individuals should submit a letter of interest by April 1, 2015 to the Town Clerk Kelly McElreath at:  1 Main St – Box 11, Upton MA 01568 or via email tokmcelreath@uptonma.gov .  For further information please contact the Planning Board at (508) 529-1008.
